eQuill Studio began with a simple frustration. Good ideas for books arrive far faster than any small publisher can produce them. The usual answer is to publish less. Ours was to build a press that keeps up.

We are an independent digital publisher registered in Selangor, Malaysia. Our business is the online sale of creativity content and the publishing of books and games, all delivered as digital files straight to the reader. Nothing gets printed, nothing gets shipped, and nothing goes out of stock.

What makes the studio unusual is not what we publish but how. We operate an automated publishing pipeline that commissions, writes, edits, typesets and releases new titles on a fixed weekly rhythm. The production line runs itself. The taste, the catalogue direction and the relationship with readers stay firmly human, because those are the parts a machine should never own.

What we make

Our fiction line covers novellas, short story collections and serialised work, much of it rooted in Southeast Asian settings and voices. Our guides are practical and habit based, on subjects like drawing, writing and creative work. And our interactive line is where publishing meets gaming, with choose your path stories and games that live entirely inside a book.
