Terms of service

eQuill Studio (registration number 202403325811, also written as 003677180-W) sells digital e-books for personal use. When your payment goes through, you receive a licence to download and read the purchased title in EPUB and PDF format on your own devices. The licence is for you personally and cannot be transferred or resold.

Every title in our catalogue is an original work published by eQuill Studio. Please do not redistribute, resell or publicly post purchased files. Our books carry no DRM because we trust our readers, and we would like to keep it that way.

Prices are listed in Malaysian Ringgit and may change from time to time, but the price you see at checkout is always the price you pay. These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia.

Refund policy

E-books are delivered instantly as digital downloads, so as a rule, sales are final once your download link has been issued.

That said, we will happily refund or replace a purchase in a few situations. If a file is corrupted or refuses to open and we cannot get you a working copy within forty eight hours, you get your money back. The same applies if you were charged twice for the same title, or if you bought the wrong book and have not downloaded it yet.

Just contact us within seven days of purchase at ask.eqs@equillstudio.com or 011-1647 5725 with your order details. Approved refunds go back through your original payment method within fourteen working days.

Privacy policy

We collect only what we need to fulfil your order, which comes down to your name, your email address and confirmation that payment was made. Payments themselves are handled by licensed third party payment gateways. eQuill Studio never sees and never stores your card or banking credentials.

Your email is used to deliver download links. If you choose to opt in, we will also use it to let you know about new weekly releases, and you can opt out again at any time. We do not sell your personal data or share it with anyone except where needed to process payments or to comply with Malaysian law, including the Personal Data Protection Act 2010.
